Transaction ReviewsAll users are required to leave a review of the other user in any transaction originating on CoinandPatch.com. This includes, purchases, sales, and trades. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a temporary suspension for firt time offenses or permanent ban from the platform for repeated offenses. Reviews shall be left within 21 days of sending payment for any item, or within 14 days of shipping any item. It is important for users to use other transactions as a guage of the users product quality and trustworthiness. Failure to report positive, negative, or neutral feedback on a transaction is detrimental to our platform and your fellow users. | |
SellersAll shipments valued at $14.99 or more (without shipping costs) MUST be shipped with a tracking number that can be verified online through a large and reputable shipping company. Failure to follow this requirement may result in your permanent ban from the platform in the event a purchaser accuses you of a failure to provide a product. All communication regarding the trade or sale of an item must be contained to the CoinandPatch.com messaging platform. All items must be shipped within 72 hours of the time the payment was received. There MUST be a shipping record for the sale. Buyers must be directed to send payment to an account in the sellers true personal or business name. All items must be described as accurately as possible. Any damage or issues must be clearly disclosed when the item is first posted and shall not be removed at any time. A short video should be obtained of all packages, just prior to shipment, fully taped, sealed and labeled before shipping. Coin and Patch has the final say in detrmining the results of any and all claims made by users during transactions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent ban from our platform should a buyer make a claim against you. | |
BuyersThere is no coverage in any way shape or form for in person, or hand to hand transctions, even if the initial or subsequent contact was made on CoinandPatch.com There MUST be a shipping record for the transaction to file report an issue with the purchase. Items should be opened on video with a full 360 degree view of the package before it is opened. We do not recommend you purchase from users who have not provided a verified phone number. This will be indicated on the users public profile. We HIGHLY DISCOURGE you from purchasing from users who have not provided a verified and premium account payment. This OPTIONAL good faith payment allows us to not only identify users but maintain a small fund to refund buyers should they be scammed, at our sole discretion. A user's profile will indicate if they have made this payment. Purchases of $19.99 or more must be opened while being video recorded with a high resolution camera. All sides and edges of the package or envelope must be visible to the camera before opening including the shipping and receiving address. Failure to follow these guidnlines may result in a judgement for the seller / opposing party if you file a claim. Payments must be sent to accounts in the sellers true name. | |

Cancelling An AccountIf a user submits a premium payment and decides to cancel their acccount at a later time, the remaining protion of their premium payment after all applicable fees will be refunded. | |
