Tips for Staying Safe

1. Only buy from verified accounts.
2. Keep all communication within our platform.
3. Check feedback to ensure it's not fake.
4. Send payments only to the user’s true name.

Transaction Reviews

All users must leave a review for any transaction (buy, sell, or trade) initiated on CoinandPatch.com. Failure to comply may result in suspension or a permanent ban.

Reviews must be submitted within 21 days of payment or 14 days of shipping.

Sellers

• Items over $14.99 (excluding shipping) must include tracking from a major carrier.
• All communication must remain on CoinandPatch.com.
• Items must ship within 72 hours of receiving payment.
• Keep a shipping record.
• Payment must be sent to the seller's true name.
• Disclose all item damage or defects in the post.
• Record a video of the sealed package before shipping.
• We have the final say in all transaction disputes.

Buyers

• No coverage for in-person transactions.
• A shipping record is required for claims.
• Open packages on video with a full view of the label.
• Avoid unverified users and users without premium status.
• Premium funds may be used to refund buyers at our discretion.
• Purchases $19.99+ must be opened on video with a clear view of all sides.
• Payments must go to the seller's true name.

Verified Accounts

We strongly recommend caution when dealing with unverified users. Verified users meet both of the following:

• Verified mobile number
• Either 20+ positive feedbacks or a premium purchase

Premium Accounts

Premium is optional, $14.99/year. Buy within 30 days and get a second year FREE.

• Extra year free when purchased within 30 days.
• Creates a refund fund for eligible claims.
• Verifies identity via payment details.

Cancelling an Account

Premium users can cancel anytime. Refunds for unused portions (after fees) are allowed.

Platform Rights

We reserve the right to ban users for inappropriate behavior without notice or refund.
